Patient Care Coordinator
Vada has been the cornerstone of Dr. Ratanshi’s office for a number of years. She maintains an efficient workflow running our office and helping patients coordinate their procedures. She is incredibly approachable and is the primary point of contact for patients after surgery. She will help answer any questions with her kind, patient centered approach.
Sheila
Medical Office Assistant
Sheila brings years of experience in office management and client service. She assists in booking appointments, running office clinics, and back-office support. Her calm, welcoming approach is loved by patients. Able to speak Hindi and Punjabi, Sheila has helped our patients with language barriers coordinate office visits and surgery.
Erin
Registered Nurse
A nurse with extensive operating room and clinical experience, Erin brings a treasure trove of pearls to help successfully guide patients through their journey. Prior to their surgery date, patients receive a one-on-one session with Erin to discuss how to best prepare for surgery, what to expect the day of surgery, and review their recovery. She is the first point of contact from our website (yes, that contact connects you with a real person!).
